Returns & Refund Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must notify us in writing or by email if you wish to cancel.

2. Returning Goods

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unopened and unused
• In the original packaging
• Returned within 14 days of cancellation notice

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

• Custom-made or personalised products
• Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
